Freight Shipping Across Canada, Coast to Coast

Plenty of loads do not stay in Alberta. Freight shipping across Canada means interprovincial lanes, a permit from each province a load crosses, and a single point of contact who keeps the whole run straight — from a Prairie pickup to a drop in Ontario, BC or the Maritimes.

Freight Shipping Across Canada, Run From One Desk

When your lane leaves the province, the moving parts multiply: different weight rules, different permit offices, and winter conditions that change every few hundred kilometres. We plan the whole run so you do not have to coordinate three carriers and four phone numbers. One account manager owns the load from the Alberta pickup to the far-province delivery.

What Crossing a Provincial Line Actually Changes

  • A permit from each province — Over-dimensional and overweight permits are issued province by province, so a cross-Canada move needs one from each jurisdiction it travels. We pull the full set.

  • Seasonal weights, region by region — Spring road bans and seasonal axle limits hit different provinces at different times. We time the move around them rather than getting caught mid-lane.

  • The right equipment, nationwide — Flat deck, step deck, RGN and multi-axle sourced from a 2,000-truck partner bench, so capacity does not run out at the provincial line.

Domestic Means No Border, but Still a Long Way

A cross-Canada move stays inside the country, so there is no customs leg — but a Prairie-to-coast run is still a long, weather-exposed haul that rewards planning. Freight shipping across Canada works best when one person is watching the whole route, updating you at pickup, at the midpoint and at delivery, so you can tell your own customer where it is.

Your Account Manager, Direct

Every shipper deals with one named account manager, and you get their direct line and direct email — not a general inbox. The directory below lists the team and how to reach each of them, so the person who quotes your load is the person who answers when you call back.

Shipping Past the Provincial Line? Let's Plan the Whole Run

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship freight to every province?

We run interprovincial lanes across Canada, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario from our Alberta base. Tell us the pickup and destination and we will confirm the lane and the equipment.

Do I need permits for a multi-province oversize load?

Yes — over-dimensional permits are issued separately by each province, so a cross-Canada move needs one from each. We handle the full set as part of the job.

Who will I actually deal with?

One named account manager, from your first quote to the signed proof of delivery. You get their direct line and direct email — not a general inbox and not a different voice every time you call. If a load goes sideways, the same person who booked it is the person who fixes it.
